My tracking number isn't working. Has my order been shipped?
We process orders 1-3 days after purchase and ship them to you. If your tracking number doesn't work after 5 days, please contact us at contact.purespark@gmail.com, and we will personally track down your order for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
At Purespark, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service, including fast and efficient order processing. In order to ensure timely processing of orders, we kindly ask that any change or cancellation requests be submitted within 5-10 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate requests received after this time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for production/handling time which will process within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing day.

When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please use this tracking number to track the delivery status of your order. If the tracking states that the package has been delivered, we are no longer responsible for that order, and the carrier who delivered your item is held accountable.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to the UK, Canada, USA, Australia, and New Zealand.

Can I return or exchange items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for our customers from the day they
receive their item. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not
refundable. If you wish to request a replacement or refund, please
contact us at contact.purespark@gmail.com.
